| This
year's crop of wild blueberries was
absolutely amazing! Have you
ever wondered why these little
pea-sized wild blueberries taste so
much sweeter than the fat domestic
grocery-store variety? The
secret is in the skin. The
flavor "cells" are in the
skin and wild blueberries have a much
higher ratio of skin to pulp than
domestics and therefore are sweeter
overall. Mmm good! |
