northern on his recent houseboat trip. He
reported some other great wildlife sightings
including beaver, deer, bald eagles, loons and
otter families.

fun-filled week together aboard the Sequencer
houseboat.

Did you Know?
Voyageurs National Park was named for the
Voyageurs, French-
Canadian paddlers who traveled
the pristine waters of the
Minnesota border searching for the Northwest passage transporting
trade goods and furs. This area
was first under consideration for
becoming a
National Park way back in the 1800's.
