you believe that the ice has been off Crane Lake
for 10 days already? We are so excited about
summer houseboating and welcoming all of you
wonderful people back to Voyageur Country! The
beautiful blue lake is warming up nicely and walleye opener on
May 15th promises to be extraordinary!

houseboat trip several
times. Here is one
example of great service: With
only a few days left on our
trip I ran out of a basic
supply: Oreo cookies.
That afternoon, as we motored
to another island, Simon met
us mid-lake and threw the
treats to me. My husband
and I searched for a vacation
that suited us, and we found

all day and I read, write, and

For
those of you on Facebook, you have
seen many pictures lately of
our shop project. On Feb
7th, we lost this entire building to
a terrible fire. Well, as
of this newsletter, we are
happy to report that the shop
is completed and the guys are
back to work now! They
are busy getting all of our
houseboats in tip-top shape
for your next vacation!
